Second Day, a nonprofit that helps folks start their careers in social impact, commissioned me to audit their processes and build a series of no-code automations to make certain processes easier on their team.

I created a set of no-code tools by stacking Figma Automator, Airtable, and more to automate some of their key workflows, including the creation of custom-designed candidate applications.
